Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un impianto di palettizzazione, in particolare per l'impilamento di bobine di filato, le quali tramite un sistema di trasporto interno in stabilimenti di filatura vengono addotte da più linee di produzione con un dispositivo di alimentazione 1 ad una posizione di trasferimento vicino ad un palettizzatore di bobine 7, mediante una unità di trasferimento 16 vengono impilate su una paletta 36 nella disposizione ordinata di una distanziatore intermedio 8, 9, 10 e vengono portate ad un posto di asportazione 21; 21'; 21". Per poter disporre flessibilmente, in particolare, il ciclo di produzione automatico, il palettizzatore di bobine 7 comprende una incastellatura fissa 34, alla quale sono associati, da un lato, un contenitore di scorta 6 alloggiante più distanziatori intermedi diversi 8, 9, 10 in pile 11, spostabile di posizione ri-spetto ad essa, e, dall'altro lato, un deposito di palette 19 collegato con il posto di asportazione 21; 21'; 21", il quale accanto a palette 22 completamente cariche accoglie anche palette 23, 23' caricate incompletamente, le quali sono riconducibili, in un istante di tempo successivo, al palettizzatore di bobine 7 per il completamento dell'impilamento delle bobine.
