Abstract

Dispositivo per la preparazione-distribuzione di granite o granatine gelato, concepito per la preparazione di un prodotto di granatina gelato, mediante la formazione di ghiaccio mescolato con liquido, incluso nell'interno di un deposito con un rubinetto di uscita del prodotto, e nel quale deposito è disposto orizzontalmente un evaporatore, caratterizzato essenzialmente dal fatto di includere un'unica pala a spirale per la rimozione della granatina e nell'interno del deposito, la quale pala è montata sulla superficie esterna dell'evaporatore, essendo suscettibile di ruotare rispetto a quest'ultimo per effettuare simultaneamente la raschiatura di detta superficie esterna dell'evaporatore e la rimozione della granatina, e con l'ulteriore particolarità che la pala citata è modulare e include un modulo d'estremità con mezzi di montaggio e di fissaggio al di sopra dell'albero di azionamento corrispondente che fuoriesce assialmente attraverso detto evaporatore.
