Abstract

In un tornio NC di tipo a doppio albero, la differenza fra la durata di una prima fase di lavorazione (2A) ed la durata di una seconda fase di lavorazione (2B) è ridotta e pertanto anche la durata della fase di lavorazione combinata risulta ridotta. Per ottenere ciò, fra un primo albero (4a) per la prima fase di lavorazione ed un secondo albero (5a) per la seconda fase di lavorazione si interpone un terzo carrello portautensili che può funzionare simultaneamente con un primo od un secondo carrello (3 o 6) per la prima o la seconda fase di lavorazione. Il terzo carrello (7) opera con quello fra il primo od il secondo carrello (3 o 6) che richiede un tempo di lavorazione maggiore, per prendere parte sia alla prima sia alla seconda fase di lavorazione (2A o 2B).
