Abstract

In un cambio idrodinamico-meccanico a due tipi di funzionamento e provvisto di un circuito frenante per veicoli, che è provvisto di diverse marce innestatili, un primo rotismo epicicloidale per la distribuzione del funzionamento di entrata tra un primo tipo di funzionamento che presenta un convertitore di coppia idrodinamica e un secondo tipo di funzionamento puramente meccanico accoppiato all'albero di uscita dal cambio nonché di un secondo rotismo epicicloidale che agisce come invertitore, un giranteturbina del convertitore è connesso con l'albero primario in modo tale che questo nel funzionamento di trazione ruoti in senso opposto rispetto al girantepompa del convertitore. Per frenare il veicolo il girantetubina viene azionato nel senso di rotazione invertito, mentre il girantepompa del convertitore viene fermato con un freno. Per raggiungere durante la frenatura un migliore afflusso del liquido di funzionamento al giranteturbina, la panettatura del girantepompa viene staccata in senso assiale dal profilo del convertitore. In questo modo questo oppone al flusso opposto alla trazione all'interno del convertitore di coppia una minore resistenza, cosicché il giranteturbina può produrre un momento frenante maggiore. Il distacco assiale della palettatura del girantepompa avviene attraverso un'unità cilindro-pistone integrata al girantepompa e ruotante insieme ad esso.
