Viene descritto un apparecchio per il trattamento di tessuti, in particolare tessuti adiposi, comprendente un generatore di segnale (2) ed una sonda allungata (6), collegata al generatore di segnale ed atta ad essere inserita all'interno di un tessuto adiposo (55) da trattare e a trasmettergli energia ultrasonica. Per rendere uniforme l'aspetto della superficie cutanea, eliminando la cosiddetta cute a "buccia d'arancia", la sonda (6) presenta alla sua estremità (6c) un tagliente (10) destinato a sezionare i tralci fibrosi (50) che collegano la fascia muscolare profonda (48) alla faccia profonda dell'epidermide (43) ed impediscono una uniforme distribuzione del pannicolo adiposo e della superficie epidermica.Figure 1 e 6
