Nel bastone sfollagente secondo l'invenzione sono ridotti il rumore da vibrazioni o le deviazioni, anche dopo uso ripetuto, ed il rischio di disaccoppiamento degli elementi sotto la forza di spinta per l'estensione del suo corpo principale, seppure lo spessore di parete è ridotto, per ridurne il peso. Una pluralità di elementi tubolari cilindrici sono tra loro accoppiati a scorrimento telescopico, di guisa che una superficie ad andamento conico all'estremità di punta di un elemento tubolare cilindrico esterno ed una superficie ad andamento conico all'estremità posteriore di un elemento tubolare cilindrico interno sono tra loro impegnate per prevenire il disaccoppiamento all'atto dell'estensione.
