Abstract

I perfezionamenti si incentrano nell'elemento sagomatore di questo tipo di macchine, che si introduce in una matrice di contenimento di un foglio punzonato di cartone che dopo la sua piegatura forma una scatola.Il sagomatore è costituito da due lamiere rettangolari opposte (1, 2), unite tra loro da un ponte (3) mediante un sistema di guide e perni (5) in ogni lamiera, permettendo così di variare e regolare la altezza rispetto al sopporto della macchina.Tra questi si trovano, ad ogni lato del ponte (3) alcune alette (6, 7) con possibilità di rotazione rispetto al loro spigolo superiore che forma un asse di rotazione. Questa rotazione è delimitata da alcuni profili rotondi (12, 13) disposti tra le lamiere (l, 2) e tra ogni rispettiva aletta (6, 7).Le alette (6, 7) possono assumere una forma rettangolare in pianta o a "U" per ridurre il peso, e le lamiere (1, 2) possono essere unite dal ponte (3) o mediante una lastra fissa tra gli spigoli superiori delle dette lamiere.
