Abstract

Metodo per la fabbricazione di fili cavi in metallo nobile in cui la formazione del tubolare bimetallico comporta di:- posare su di un nastro (1) disteso, di metallo nobile, una piattina (2) avente i bordi longitudinali di sezione a V con ali (20,21) di differente lunghezza;- piegare di 180° verso il centro della piattina (2) i bordi longitudinali del nastro (1) in maniera da inserirne l'estremità nelle corrispondenti scanalature laterali longitudinali della piattina (2) ed ottenerne l'aggraffatura alla piattina (2);- comprimere reciprocamente la piattina (2) ed il nastro (1) così accoppiati per l'intera loro larghezza ottenendo lo schiacciamento dei bordi della piattina (P) sui bordi del nastro (1) e della rimanente zona del nastro (1) sulla corrispondente zona della piattina (2);- piegare in tondo ed in dentro l'accoppiato così schiacciato in maniera che le ali interne (21) più lunghe della piattina (2) risultino aderenti ed allineate tra loro.
