Abstract

Si tratta di una griglia con uno o più bruciatori a gas con sottostante vaschetta per contenere acqua che durante la cottura evapora migliorando la cottura stessa degli alimenti e allontanando gli odori di cottura. Ogni bruciatore è formato da un tubo forato con sovrapposto un cupolino metallico che protegge gli alimenti e irradia il calore verso la griglia porta alimenti.
