La presente invenzione riguarda una protesi di un tendine e/o legamento artificiale, caratterizzata dal fatto di essere costituita da materiale composito totalmente o parzialmente assorbibile.Detto materiale composito viene ottenuto mediante una macchina ad avvolgimento filamentare ed é caratterizzato dal fatto di avere le stesse caratteristiche meccaniche di un tendine e/o legamento naturale, attraverso un'angolazione delle fibre previste da un modello matematico.
