Abstract

Procedimento per realizzare pacchi statorici di determinata altezza prelevando una quantità definita di lamierini disposti in pile verticali, in cui il prelievo di detta quantità definita di lamierini è realizzato separando e sollevando dall'alto una quantità predeterminata di lamierini dalla porzione superiore di detta pila e che la separazione e sollevamento di detti lamierini viene eseguita in modo automatico. La macchina che funziona secondo il procedimento comprende: - almeno un elemento verticale (2), supportante una rispettiva pila (3) di lamierini disposta verticalmente, e dotato di mezzi (12) per alzare ed abbassare detta pila.- una testa di prelievo (4) sovrastante detta pila di lamierini e dotata di una pluralità di cunei di bloccaggio (8) atti a richiudersi su detta pila e di una pluralità di braccia di sollevamento e prelievo (5) orientate verticalmente in basso e atte a chiudersi ordinatamente in modo da agganciare un insieme (11) di lamierini di detta pila ove detta testa è dotata inferiormente di un elemento sensore di spostamento (7).
