Macchina per il trattamento e la conservazione delle stoviglie, costituita da un contenitore (1) comprendente mezzi di supporto (2) delle stoviglie introdotte e da almeno una porta frontale di chiusura, e dotata di mezzi che ne consentano l'installazione entro un mobile pensile e dal fatto di comprendere dispositivi per l'asciugatura, per il riscaldamento e per la sterilizzazione di dette stoviglie.Detti dispositivi di asciugatura, di riscaldamento e di sterilizzazione, sono costituiti da almeno un elemento (3) di riscaldamento di aria, da un ventilatore di circolazione (4) di detta aria riscaldata, da un condotto (5) che contiene detto elemento di riscaldamento e che convoglia l'aria aspirata da una prima bocca di aspirazione (6) e la immette tramite almeno un ugello di emissione (7) entro detto contenitore e da una lampada ad ultravioletti.
