Abstract

Il sigillo secondo l'invenzione è applicabile al tipo di capsule per bottiglie che sono formate da una capsula (3), in modo tale che il sigillo stesso sia un anello (1) collegato al bordo inferiore della capsula, allo scopo di rimanere disposto al di sotto di una sporgenza anulare che per questo scopo ha il collo della bottiglia, cosicchè il collegamento del gruppo (capsula - sigillo) sul collo della bottiglia indichi che non vi sia stata una rottura, mentre nell'operazione di slittamento della capsula, quando l'anello (1) del sigillo sale contro la sporgenza anulare del collo della bottiglia, viene prodotta la lacerazione del mezzo di collegamento tra l'anello (1) e la capsula (3). Il mezzo di collegamento tra l'anello di chiusura (1) e la capsula (3) viene formato mediante una serie di appendici lacerabili (4) e con un'altra serie di appendici sovradimensionate (5), queste ultime raggruppate in un settore di approssimativamente 90° e disposte come un indebolimento trasversale (6) che inizia la lacerazione. Le sporgenze o appendici sovradimensionate (5) formano un mezzo di collegamento permanente dell'anello (11) della capsula (3), anche dopo l'apertura o lacerazione delle appendici (4).
