Abstract

Una macchina multifunzionale per accoppiatura, calandratura e taglio di due o più film cartacei o plastici anche adesivi, in particolare ma non esclusivamente per l'accoppiatura automatica di nastro applicatore adesivo (3) a fogli di etichette sfridate (12). Il nastro (3) svolto da una bobina (2) montata su un primo supporto folle (1) viene rifilato da una cesoia longitudinale (8) ad una larghezza prestabilita e trascinato da un rullo (4) verso un alimentatore (11) di fogli (12) ai quali viene abbinato e successivamente unito da parte di una calandra (15). A valle di quest'ultima è prevista una cesoia trasversale (20) ed un tappeto trasportatore (23) atto ad una rapida evacuazione di fogli risultanti (26). Il nastro (3) avanza ad intermittenza per consentire un taglio a misura precisa da parte della cesoia (20) dei fogli (26) che vengono evacuati rapidamente dal tappeto (23). E' previsto un supporto ausiliario per lo svolgimento di una seconda bobina (6) di nastro (7) da abbinare al nastro (3) e per rendere possibile eventuale ribobinatura di nastro (3a) avanzato sul primo supporto (1) in seguito al taglio longitudinale da parte della cesoia (8).
