Abstract

Un dispositivo per l'apertura e la chiusura di porte e finestre in particolare del tipo apribile sia ad anta che a vasistas comprendente una maniglia (1) fissata alla finestra ed un pignone (11) solidale alla maniglia e scorrevole assialmente per effetto di mezzi di azionamento a serratura (7) alloggiati nella maniglia atti ad impegnarlo in una o nell'altra, o in entrambe, di due cremagliere (16, 17) contrapposte e sfalsate rispetto all'asse di scorrimento solidali ad un'asta del sistema di apertura (15) della finestra. In alternativa i mezzi di azionamento possono essere a pulsante (21) elasticamente scorrevole in seguito a pressione in una sede di detta maniglia. Consente la selezione di un tipo o dell'altro di dette aperture, escludendo quella non richiesta, con movimento semplice e comodo e con blocco della apertura della finestra in posizione chiusa.
