Abstract

La macchina in oggetto prevede: dei primi mezzi (2) di trasporto di pezzi (1) in lavorazione atti a portare, in successione e secondo una linea di avanzamento operativa (A), un pezzo, (1) ad impegnare un primo (3) ed un secondo (4) utensile per la lavorazione della zona di testa (T) dello stesso e comprendenti una coppia di primi (5) e secondi (6) mandrini fissi ad asse rispettivamente orizzontale (X) e verticale (Z), disposti lungo la linea di avanzamento operativa (A) dei primi mezzi (2) di trasporto; dei mezzi (8) di posizionamento del pezzo (1), disposti nella zona di fine corsa operativa dei primi mezzi (2) di trasporto, agenti sullo stesso pezzo ed atti a ruotare quest'ultimo in corrispondenza di secondi mezzi (9) di trasporto disposti sfalsati in quota rispetto ai primi (2) ed atti a movimentare il pezzo in direzione (B) sostanzialmente opposta alla precedente linea (A) così da impegnare un terzo utensile (10) nella zona contrapposta al precedente secondo utensile (4), presentati entrambi dal secondo mandrino (6) e disposti coassiali e ad una quota verticale (Qv, Qvl) diversa l'uno dall'altro, in modo da permettere la lavorazione del pezzo (1) lungo il suo profilo longitudinale.
