Abstract

Sul carro (2) che alternativamente si sposta tra la stazione (4) di caricamento dei tubi (T) di materia termoplastica e la stazione (5) di soffiaggio, sono montate due coppie affiancate di stampi (S) coi relativi comandi di apertura e chiusura autocentrante. I contenitori (Z) provenienti dalle due stazioni di smaterozzamento, vengono prelevati da un unico trasportatore trasversale di evacuazione (34). I magazzini che alimentano le etichette ad ogni coppia di stampi, sono posti tutti sul vicino fianco esterno della macchina, dove i magazzini stessi sono allineati su due file parallele (35-135) e poste a quote diverse, in modo da poter essere facilmente ispezionati e riforniti di etichette. Nelle due file di magazzini le etichette (El-E2) sono diversamente orientate, ed i dispositivi (36-136-37-137-38) di presa e trasferimento delle etichette, asserviti ad ogni coppia di stampi, sono predisposti per prelevare le etichette dalle due file di magazzini e poi per modificare la loro posizione relativa e predisporre le etichette stesse nella posizione reciproca affiancata, contrapposta e con l'orientamento diritto, come richiesto per l'introduzione nelle cavità della coppia di stampi.
