Si tratta di un'apparecchiatura di sollevamento per lavorazioni e manutenzioni aeree avente una torretta (14) che presenta, in direzione della sua altezza, almeno una parte tubolare (21) delimitante un canale (22) di alloggio e protezione dei tubi idraulici e cavi diretti al braccio di sollevamento e da questo alla piattaforma.
