Costituisce l'oggetto del presente trovato un nuovo apparecchio condizionatore adatto per trasformare le caratteristiche fisiche dell'acqua e capace e determinare la sospensione del calcare presente nella stessa, affinché questi, durante l'ebollizione o meno della stessa, non lascino depositare sulle pareti delle condutture, degli ebollitori e delle caldaie, l'aragonite sottoforma di incrostazioni solide.Detto strumento è costituito da due elementi magnetici parallelepipedi in ferro racchiusi in un involucro tubolare in ferro che, permettono all'acqua, costretta e transitare nello spazio lasciato fra questi, di attraversare un campo magnetico, onde subire le suddette trasformazioni fisiche.
