Abstract
Il trovato s'inserisce nel campo delle macchine per la lavorazione dei prosciutti e più precisamente riguarda un'attrezzatura per sgorbiare, disossare ed affettare prosciutti (12) di tipo aperto comprendente un piano di base (1) ancorabile ad un banco (5), su detto piano di base essendo girevolmente imperniato un piano di lavoro (3) che supporta mezzi per il trattenimento del prosciutto sul piano di lavoro stesso.Detti mezzi trattenitori agiscono lateralmente al prosciutto e sono atti a trattenerlo sia in posizione coricata che eretta.Il piano di lavoro (3) é provvisto di un tegolo (4) centrale che può muoversi verticalmente per favorire l'apertura del prosciutto (12) durante la disossatura.
