Abstract
Il procedimento per il trattamento di reflui della produzione di N-fosfonometilglicina comprendentl N-fosfonometilglicina, suoi derivati N-sostituiti e formaldeide, mediante riscaldamento del refluo e ossidazione con gas contenente ossigeno in presenza di un catalizzatore comprendente un metallo di transizione, comprende gli stadi di:a) riscaldare il refluo a temperatura compresa tra 100 e 160°C a pressione compresa tra 0,1 e 1 MPa, fino a che il tenore di N-fosfonometilglicina sia ridotto a valori inferiori a 10 ppm, b) addizionare al prodotto dello stadio a) un agente alcalino, mantenendo la temperatura, in modo da ridurre il tenore di formaldeide a valori inferiori a 100 ppm, e c) porre a contatto il prodotto dello stadio b) con gas contenente ossigeno in presenza di detto catalizzatore a temperatura compresa tra 100 e 160°C a pressione tra 0,1 e 1 MPa.
