Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento per la realizzazione di persiane che comprendono ciascuna una coppia di montanti (2), una pluralità di traverse (3,4 e 5) ciascuna delle quali é disposta ortogonalmente fra i montanti (2) ed una pluralità di alette (6) ortogonalmente disposte fra i montanti stessi. Il procedimento in oggetto comprende la fase di tranciatura da almeno un foglio di lamiera di una pluralità di elementi diversi fra loro ed aventi ciascuno una predeterminata configurazione sia perimetrale che interna nella quale sono presenti una pluralità di fori, piegatura di ciascun elemento tranciato secondo predeterminate linee in modo da realizzare un profilato a sezione sostanzialmente chiusa o semiparti di profilato accoppiamento delle semiparti ottenendo un profilato di sezione sostanzialmente chiusa, unione dei punti di contatto dei profilati ottenendo i montanti (2), le traverse (3, 4 e 5) e la pluralità di alette (6), assemblaggio degli elementi, reciproco impegno ed inserimento a pressione delle alette (6) sui montanti (2).
