Inoltre è certo che tracce di alcool etilico che eventualmente dovessero rimanere per insufficiente trattamento con vapore acqueo, non sono dannose.RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Uso dell'alcool etilico per la decaffeinazione del caffè.2) Dopo la decaffeinazione l'alcool etilico può essere integralmente eliminato dal caffè a mezzo del vapore acqueo e, nel caso dovessero rimanere delle tracce per insufficiente trattamento, queste sono assolutamente innocue.3) Caffè decaffeinato non contenente tracce di sostanze estranee al caffè e tracce di sostanze dannose.
