Viene descritto un dispositivo di attuazione suscettibile di variare la sua condizione di funzionamento tra uno stato di riposo ed uno stato di lavoro, entrambi stabili, comprendente un corpo (2, 3) di dimensioni contenute, nel quale sono alloggiati:- mezzi di attuazione, comprendenti un attuatore termico (5), un riscaldatore elettrico (6), elementi di contattazione elettrica (7) ed un albero (10, 11) di trasmissione della spinta generata dall'attuatore (5);- mezzi per il mantenimento dello stato di lavoro. anche in assenza dì alimentazione elettrica ai mezzi di attuazione, comprendenti un cinematismo bistabile a (20-30) a piani inclinati e/o camme.
