Abstract

Il coperchio per elettrodomestici, oggetto di detto brevetto è costituito da una cornice (1, 2, 3) nella quale è incastrato il pannello (4) rettangolare o quadrato. La cornice comprende quattro pareti verticali laterali (1) aventi un bordo orizzontale superiore (2) che blocca il pannello (4) nella cornice (1, 2, 3) a ritiro avvenuto del materiale plastico che costituisce la cornice (1, 2, 3) , detta cornice essendo prelevata ancora calda dalla pressa di stampaggio a iniezione. La cornice comprende anche un piano orizzontale (3) che collega tra loro le pareti verticali laterali (1) della cornice (1, 2, 3), e sul quale poggia il pannello (4).Il procedimento comprende una fase di prelievo della cornice (1, 2, 3) dalla pressa mediante un robot- manipolatore che la dispone su un piano. Un secondo robot- manipolatore inserisce il pannello (4) nella cornice che rimane poi incastrato in quest'ultima dopo il ritiro del materiale che costituisce la cornice (1, 2, 3).(Fig. 2)
