Abstract
Proteine ricombinanti caratterizzate dal fatto di comprendere una prima sequenza aminoacidica, compresa nella sequenza della ferritina, covalentemente legata a mezzo di legame peptidico ad una seconda sequenza aminoacidica, e di essere producibili ed estraibili ad alte rese da cellule ospiti, mantenendo almeno una proprietà fisiologica o antigenica di detta seconda sequenza aminoacidica, dette cellule trasformate con un vettore codificante per detta prima e detta seconda sequenza aminoacidica sotto il controllo di un promotore di trascrizione.
