Abstract

1. Dispositivo di arresto dell'alimentazione del materiale di fibre in caso di rottura del filo.2.1 Nei filatoi con sorveglianza del filo i dispositivi per l'arresto dell'alimentazione del materiale in fibre in caso di rottura del filo richiedono spazio addizionale accanto allo stiratoio. Questa esigenza di spazio addizionale è un inconveniente nel caso in cui le distanze tra le macchine siano piccole, e inoltre viene limitata la facilità di manovra. Un altro tipo di dispositivo di arresto collegato con lo stiratoio è di struttura labile, non impiegabile per tutti i materiali in fibre, e inadatto ad essere montato a posteriori sullo stiratoio. 2.2 Il dispositivo di arresto con cilindro di alimentazione superiore integrato sollevabile come un'unica unità costruttiva è fissato intercambiabilmente e spostabilmente con il cilindro di alimentazione superiore nel braccio portante dello stiratoio in luogo dell'elemento di ingresso noto.2.3 Il dispositivo di arresto richiede soltanto un minimo spazio sullo stiratoio, è intercambiabile con elementi di ingresso noti nello stiratoio, è adattabile a materiali in fibre diversi e a diverse lunghezze del fiocco e opera a entrambi i lati del braccio portante in modi indipendenti tra loro. Il dispositivo di arresto è atto per un processo di filatura automatizzato.
