Abstract

Il presente trovato concerne una macchina automatica per legare fasci di tubi o simili, comprendente un anello di guida (9) per avvolgere un nastro (4) attorno ai tubi o simili (2), un gruppo mobile sigillante (14) per tendere e fermare tra loro le estremità del nastro (4), un pattino aggraffatore (18) per ripiegare l'estremità libera del nastro (4) ed un gruppo di cesoiatura (13) per tagliare il nastro. L'anello di guida (9) circonda i tubi o simili (2) e presenta lungo la sua superficie interna un canale (10), aperto verso il centro dell'anello (9), avente sezione conformata in modo da contenere il nastro (4) inseritovi da un trascinatore bidirezionale (12) attraverso un'apertura (11) praticata tangenzialmente nell'anello (9). Tale anello (9) presenta inoltre una seconda apertura (16) atta ad accogliere un sigillo aperto (15), prelevato dal gruppo mobile sigillante (14) da un opportuno alimentatore. Il pattino aggraffatore (18) è mobile fra due posizioni, rispettivamente, di disimpegno in cui il pattino (18) si trova esternamente all'anello (9) ed una posizione di lavoro in cui il pattino (18) si trova internamente all'anello (9) ove ripiega parzialmente su sé stessa l'estremità libera del nastro (4) in modo che questa non si possa più sfilare dal sigillo aperto (15) quando il nastro (4) viene teso.
