Abstract
Il presente trovato concerne uno stampo per la realizzazione di prodotti in materiale plastico espanso, del tipo atto ad essere applicato a presse tradizionali (non illustrate) comunemente usate per lo stampaggio di polistirolo espanso o di poli - propilene. Lo stampo 1 comprende sostanzialmente due semistampi 2, 3 realizzati in materiale a buona conduzione termica, accoppiabili fra di loro in modo da delimitare almeno una stessa cavità 4 entro la quale viene stampato un prodotto 5, i quali presentano uno spessore S sostanzialmente costante e sottile e la cui superficie esterna 2', 3' delimita parzialmente una camera 6, 7 entro la quale fluisce del vapore V o un liquido di raffreddamento R. La cavità 4 presenta un'apertura 8 per l'ingresso del materiale M da sinterizzare e almeno due microfessure 10, 11 per il passaggio del vapore V.
