Abstract

Un induttore planare a film spesso viene costruito secondo una geometria specifica con tecnica tradizionale. Tale dispositivo viene quindi tarato in modo funzionale per realizzare la sintonia del circuito in cui è montato, variando la geometria dell'induttore stesso tramite incisione laser.(Fig. 2).
