Abstract

Il metodo è volto a consentire la serigrafia anche di più piastrelle longitudinalmente raggruppate, con elevata precisione e notevole incremento di produttività: il metodo prevede un dispositivo di posizionamento con presa sui fianchi per ciascuna piastrella, o anche solo per parte di essa, nel caso di formati lunghi; la macchina serigrafica è costituita da almeno due coppie di cinghie (2, 3) chiuse ad anello, motorizzate in modo sincrono; il retino serigrafico potendo essere dotato di setto (S), parallelo all'asse di serigrafia, interposto tra due stazioni consecutive cooperante con un intaglio (28) delle spatole: l'impiego avviene nella serigrafia, in particolare di piastrelle.
