Scopo del presente trovato è stato di migliorare le condizioni di preparazione e di collocazione di manifesti pubblicitari che solitamente vengono affissi a sopporti espositori, oppure a muri o pareti rigide utilizzando piani che, per la loro posizione e forma, non possono adattarsi alle necessità.Il trovato, consiste nell'avere predisposto un sostegno ed un perno per il piano rettangolare d'esposizione dalle misure standard, affinché questo possa assumere le posizioni necessarie onde ottenere sempre e comunque lo sfruttamento dell'intero spazio disponibile e la disposizione del manifesto nella posizione che interessa sia esposto.
