Abstract

La produzione di delta decanolide e/o delta dodecanolide naturali o loro miscele, mediante bioidrogenazione di un substrato includente i corrispondenti lattoni insaturi rispettivamente delta decen-2-olide, delta dodecen-2-olide e loro miscele, è effettuata con l'impiego di un microorganismo scelto dal gruppo che consiste di Saccharomyces delbrueckii, Pichia ohmeri, Hansenula anomala, Pichia stipitis, Debariomyces hansenii, Zymomonas mobilis, Zygosaccharomyces rouxii, Schawnniomyces occidentalis, Sarcina lutea e Geotrichum candidum.
