Abstract

Un sincronizzatore per innesti, in particolare di cambi per autoveicoli, è munito di un manicotto di manovra (2) collegabile solidale a rotazione con un albero mediante spostamento assiale e munito di una dentatura interna, di un corpo (5) di innesto munito di una dentatura esterna (8), come pure di un anello (4) di sincronizzazione, il quale in direzione periferica si trova in collegamento con impegno geometrico con il manicotto di manovra attraverso una dentatura esterna (7) e si trova in collegamento con impegno di attrito con il corpo (5) di innesto. Il manicotto di manovra presenta una dentatura di inserimento e di bloccaggio, la quale consente il pervenimento in ingranamento della dentatura di inserimento del manicotto di manovra (2) con la dentatura esterna (8) del corpo (5) di innesto solamente in presenza del numero di giri di sincronismo.
