Abstract

Il bruciatore con gassificazione della presente invenzione, capace di mantenere un elevato grado di combustione per un lungo periodo di tempo, comprende una camera di combustione avente un soffitto con un piccolo foro nel suo centro, un tubo di pre-mixaggio inserito entro il piccolo foro e dotato di un ugello in corrispondenza della sua sommità. Il tubo di pre-mixaggio e la camera di combustione risultano concentrici e l'angolo di distribuzione del flusso di gas uscente dalla estremità del tubo di pre-mixaggio è compreso tra 10 e 40 gradi cosicché la relazione tra il fondo della camera di combustione e il flusso di gas conico viene regolata mantenendo un buon bilancio tra il grado di gassificazione del coke polverizzato e la vita della camera di combustione.
