Serratura di porta che garantisce una funzione di tenuta ed una funzione di sicurezza. La serratura comprende una testata (2) sulla quale sono montati almeno un organo (8) di compressione della guarnizione, atto ad essere spostato relativamente alla testata e a cooperare con un organo complementare, al fine di garantire la funzione di tenuta; un'asta (13), atta a scorrere contro la testata; almeno un organo di sicurezza (15), del tipo a stanghetta; e dei mezzi di comando (C) per garantire, da una parte, lo spostamento dell'asta e dell'organo di compressione e d'altra parte, lo spostamento dell'organo di sicurezza; detti mezzi di comando (C) sono conformati per, in un primo tempo, mettere in opera, la funzione di tenuta (8) senza agire sulla funzione di sicurezza (15) ed in un secondo tempo, mettere in opera, la funzione di sicurezza (15) senza agire sulla funzione di tenuta (8) già in opera.
