Abstract

Un procedimento ed un dispositivo per la produzione di films in materiali termoplastici, in particolare polietilene ad alta densità (HDPE) con la tecnica cosiddetta a "collo alto", in cui il materiale estruso passa attraverso una testa (3) con filiera circolare (15) per formare un tubolare (16) che si espande in una bolla (17), stabilizzata mediante un calibratore (13) e un guidabolla (23), in cui è previsto un anello soffiatore (5) per il raffreddamento esterno del tubolare immediatamente all'uscita della filiera (15); e un anello soffiatore interno (7), per il raffreddamento interno del tubolare, disposto prima di detto calibratore (13), e la cui aria soffiata passa nella bolla (17) attraverso il calibratore e viene aspirata mediante un tubo centrale (8).
