Abstract

Lo stampo appartenente ad una macchina per la formatura di scatole in cartone è costituito da quattro angoli di formatura (1), uguali fra loro, montati in modo tale da poter essere spostati longitudinalmente e trasversalmente per consentire di effettuare la regolazione della lunghezza e della larghezza delle scatole da formare. La regolazione della lunghezza viene ottenuta quale risultato del montaggio degli angoli (1) su boccole (4) filettate su alberini (5), ciascuno di essi avente due sezioni filettate in direzione diversa in modo che la rotazione del piano comporta un movimento in senso contrario di ciascuna coppia di angoli di formatura (1) montati su ciascun alberino (5). La regolazione della larghezza viene ottenuta grazie al movimento di detti angoli di formatura (1) lungo guide lineari (8) su cui scorrono dei ponti corrispondenti.Gli angoli di formatura (1) sono anche completati da mezzi di tenuta della scatola durante la sua formazione e di pressatura per l'incollaggio delle parti ripiegate corrispondenti.
