Abstract

Chiusura della portiera di veicolo a motore con una lamiera della serratura parti costruttive della meccanica di chiusura fissate o supportate sulla lamiera della serratura in una zona di supportazione, nonché con un alloggiamento della serratura con fondo dell'alloggiamento e parete frontale. La lamiera della serratura è ridotta nella sua grandezza alla zona di supportazione e inoltre è provvista di deformazioni ausiliarie per il trattenimento o la supportazione di parti costruttive della meccanica di chiusura. L'alloggiamento della serratura è costituito da materiale sintetico stampato a iniezione ed è sagomato nel corso della formatura per stampaggio a iniezione. La lamiera della serratura ridotta alla zona di supportazione è inglobata, come armatura per l'assorbimento di sollecitazioni statiche e dinamiche, nel fondo dell'alloggiamento della serratura durante lo stampaggio a iniezione. Le deformazioni ausiliarie per il trattenimento e la supportazione di parti costruttive della meccanica di chiusura sono completate funzionalmente mediante inglobamento con il materiale sintetico stampato a iniezione, durante l'iniezione, dell'armatura nel fondo dell'alloggiamento. Una deviazione ad angolo dell'armatura è inglobata nella parete frontale fatta di materiale sintetico stampato a iniezione dell'alloggiamento della serratura.
