Abstract

La presente invenzione concerne un procedimento di trattamento del legno atto a consentirne l'ottimale conservazione, caratterizzato per il fatto di consistere in una doppia impregnazione in autoclave: l'una eseguita con sali minerali, destinati ad impregnare tutte le fibre del legno da trattare (dal cuore, fino alla periferia), l'altra con olio di catrame rettificato, destinato invece ad impregnare soltanto le fibre del legno più prossime alla superficie.
