Come tali, esso comprende un corpo base (1), dotato, ad almeno una sua estremità, di una filettatura esterna (10); ed almeno una ghiera (2), suscettibile di accoppiamento con la filettatura esterna (10) del corpo base o di bloccaggio su questo stesso. Il trovato comprende inoltre almeno un elemento anulare esterno (4), modificatore dell'estetica dell'articolo, inserito sul corpo base (1) ed ivi trattenuto mediante una ghiera (2) ed un risalto circonferenziale (11) del corpo base (1), oppure una coppia di ghiere (2). In una forma di realizzazione, l'articolo in oggetto comprende il corpo base (1) presentante perifericamente e trasversalmente una pluralità di scanalature (13) provvista di sottoquadri, ed una pluralità di elementi ricurvi (5, 6), ciascuno suscettibile di essere inserito trasversalmente nelle scanalature (13) consecutive e di essere bloccato lateralmente mediante ghiere (2).(figura 2).
