Abstract

Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un procedimento per il trattamento di rifiuti solidi urbani che presenta la peculiarità di consistere nell'eseguire una frantumazione iniziale dei rifiuti provenienti dei mezzi di raccolta con un primo sgrondo di percolato, nel sottoporre i rifiuti frantumati ad un preessiccamento con un secondo sgrondo di percolato, nel compattare i rifiuti frantumati, nel compiere i rifiuti compattati per raggiungere una densità dei rifiuti di 1,4-1,5 tonn/m 3 con sgrondo finale di percolato, nel sottoporre i rifiuti compressi ad una pastorizzazione termica senza combustione per la stabilizzazione delle materie organiche e la distruzione dei microorganismi preposti alla fermentazione e nel sottoporre il blocco pastorizzato ad un raffreddamento con successiva estrazione dallo stampo ed invio in discarica.
