Abstract

Procedimento e impianto in cui le tre frazioni ottenibili per suddivisione a secco dei rifiuti urbani e similari (frazione pesante, frazione organica e frazione leggera) sono lavorate in fase acquosa ottenendosi solo pochissimi scarti solidi insieme a materie plastiche riutilizzabili e un buon ammendante agricolo. Le fasi del ciclo di lavorazione sono: estrazione con acqua dell'organico contenuto nella frazione pesante; fermentazione della frazione organica e degli estratti; pulperaggio in acqua della massa fermentata, pulitura, disinfezione, estrazione dei composti metallici, disidratazione; pulperaggio in acqua della frazione leggera, pulitura, separazione delle materie plastiche, disinfezione, miscelazione con il disidratato organico, disidratazione finale ed essiccazione.(Figura 2).
