Abstract

L'analisi di composti volatili organici in basse concentrazioni (ppb o ppt) viene effettuata facendo passare un flusso di campione attraverso una trappola fredda contenente pochi mg di impaccamento, con velocità di alimentazione del campione compresa nell'intervallo tra 50 e 1000 cm/sec; il campione così concentrato viene quindi desorbito per riscaldamento della trappola ed inviato all'analisi (figura 1).
