Abstract

Si descrive un procedimento per la preparazione del sale trisodico ottaidrato del fruttosio 1,6-difosfato partendo da una soluzione acquosa a pH acido di D-fruttosio 1,6-difosfato, a cui si aggiunge un'opportuna quantità di acetone; si cristallizza e si filtra la miscela reazionale per ottenere il prodotto desiderato, che viene infine essiccato.
