Abstract

Un cilindro di congelamento, del tipo con evaporatore incorporato, comprende una camicia esterna sostanzialmente cilindrica realizzata in metallo, una camera di congelamento cilindrica, anch'essa realizzata in metallo, disposta coassialmente all'interno della camicia ed almeno un percorso a forma di spirale ricavato nell'intercapedine compresa tra la camicia e la camera. La camera di congelamento presenta una superficie esterna scabra ottenuta preferibilmente mediante lavorazione plastica del metallo, ad esempio mediante zigrinatura.(fig. 1).
