Abstract

Un dispositivo per la protezione di cuscinetti di pulegge folli in trasmissioni a cinghia comprende una calotta di chiusura (22) avente una porzione circonferenziale di accoppiamento (23) controsagomata ed operativamente impegnabile con un bordo terminale (13a) di un collare di attacco (13) presentato da detta puleggia ed alloggiante internamente il cuscinetto (18). Dalla calotta di chiusura (22) si estendono a sbalzo linguette elastiche (26) portanti terminalmente corrispettivi denti di aggancio (24) impegnabili a scatto attraverso corrispettive aperture di innesto passanti (25) ricavate in una flangia discoidale (14) che interconnette il collare di attacco (13) con una porzione cilindrica di rotolamento (15) della puleggia. Le linguette (26) sono elasticamente deformabili su effetto della forza centrifuga in modo che l'interferenza fra i denti di aggancio (24) e la flangia di interconnessione (14) venga incrementata all'aumento della velocità di colazione della puleggia (2).
