Abstract
Il nodo di accesso di tipo ATM realizzato secondo l'invenzione comprende:- una rete di commutazione (ATM SF) costituita da una prima porzione del tipo punto - punto (PTP S) idonea a gestire i servizi di tipo interattivo e da una seconda porzione del tipo punto - multipunto (MC-S) idonea a gestire i servizi di tipo distributivo;- almeno un modulo periferico d'utente (PMU) idoneo a collegare postazioni d'utente (CPN) a detta rete di commutazione (ATM SF);- almeno un modulo; periferico per la gestione di servizi interattivi (PMS I) idoneo a collegare dispostivi fornitori di servizi audio e video di tipo interattivo (AUDIO VIDEO - SERVER I) a detta rete di commutazione (ATM SF);- almeno un modulo periferico per la gestione di servizi distributivi (PMS D) idoneo a collegare dispostivi fornitori di servizi di tipo distributivo (AUDIO VIDEO SERVER D) a detta rete di commutazione (ATM-SF).(Fig. 2).
