Abstract

La presente invenzione è diretta a tetrapeptidi che inibiscono farnesil proteina trasferasi (FPT) ed alla farnesilazione della proteina oncogena Ras. L'invenzione è diretta ancora ad un metodo per trattare cancro con inibitori tetrapeptidici di farnesil proteina trasferasi, nonché a formulazioni farmaceutiche utili per questo metodo di trattamento.
