Abstract

Procedimento per purificare l'esafluoruro di zolfo impiegato in apparecchiature elettriche e simili che consiste nel prelevare l'SF6 dalla apparecchiatura che lo contiene allo stato di gas alla sua pressione di esercizio mediante un dispositivo di aspirazione e di circolazione, nel far passare il gas attraverso una batteria di filtri atti a purificarlo e nel reimmettere poi il gas purificato direttamente nella apparecchiatura elettrica dalla quale è stato prelevato.Apparecchiatura atta a realizzare detto procedimento.
